Terms of Service

Clawpilot is a social media management platform that allows agencies and brands to:

• Connect and manage Facebook and Instagram accounts
• View organic and advertising performance analytics
• Manage messages, comments, and audience interactions
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Generate AI-powered weekly executive summaries
• Collaborate with team members across multiple client accounts

You must create an account to use Clawpilot. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at legal@clawpilot.com

By connecting a social media account, you grant Clawpilot permission to access that account's data and perform actions (such as reading messages or publishing content) as authorised through the respective platform's OAuth flow.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect the accounts you integrate. You remain solely responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service.

By using Clawpilot to access social platform APIs, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform, including:

• The Facebook Terms of Service and the Meta Platform Policy
• The Instagram Terms of Use and the Instagram API Terms
• Any other applicable policies of the platforms whose accounts you connect

Clawpilot reserves the right to suspend your access without notice in the event of an actual or suspected violation of these third-party policies, or if your use of the service is likely to jeopardise our own access to platform APIs.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Use connected accounts to send spam, engage in harassment, or violate any third-party platform's policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share account access credentials with unauthorised parties
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Access the service in order to build a competing product or service

Clawpilot is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any use of our service for activities related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including:

• The sharing, promotion, facilitation, or solicitation of such content or behaviour
• Any use of the platform to make inappropriate contact with minors
• Publishing or distributing any content that harms the dignity or safety of minors

Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of the account concerned and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

If you become aware of any content or behaviour that violates these standards, please report it immediately at legal@clawpilot.com.

Certain features of Clawpilot require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Clawpilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clawpilot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all content and data you bring to the platform through connected social accounts.

You grant Clawpilot a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Clawpilot does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clawpilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Clawpilot in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@clawpilot.com. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

The processing of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Clawpilot acts as a data processor under the GDPR for data belonging to end users of your social networks. As the data controller, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of Clawpilot complies with applicable data protection law.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR Article 28 is available upon request at legal@clawpilot.com.
